It's been a fun and exciting time creating successful eLearning courses, ILT, and vILT, incorporated with LOTS of creativeness and learning.

OVERVIEW

I am an instructional designer and developer that creates interactive, goal-oriented, and engaging eLearning, ILT, vILT, and blended learning environments. I quickly learn and implement new technologies to ensure materials are relevant, up to date, and utilize best-industry practices.

My key to success: agility, focus, and collaboration

I incorporate ADDIE, adult learning theories, and learning objectives to ensure that learning meets business goals and encourages behavior change among learners. As an ID, I work collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders to provide state-of-the-art learning materials and platforms. I quickly and optimally resolve learning needs and challenges to create engaging, instructionally sound synchronous and asynchronous training programs and materials to meet training and learning needs.
